Chase Suite El Paso

The hotel was close to the airport and also not to far from our concert venue. The room was way more than I expected and we were very happy. The staff was very kind and helpful. If I am ever back in El Paso I will definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel wasn’t canceling reservations like the other hotels in El Paso for the BTS concert. We really appreciate the hospitality. It was a 2 bedroom suite, one bedroom was upstairs (king bed) and the other was downstairs (king bed). It had a sofa bed in the living area. It had a kitchen with appliances and a countertop for dining. It also had utensils for eating/cooking and a standard size coffee maker. Free breakfast was also provided every morning in the lobby. The front staff were very helpful. After driving 11+ hours to El Paso, it was a great place to relax and unwind. I appreciate the BTS theme in the lobby at check-in and check-out. That made our stay extra special.

Parking should be free if you only have 1 vehicle per room.

Es un lugar super cómodo, las camas muy amplias y espaciosa la habitación , el traslado incluido a el aeropuerto se aprecia junto con el desayuno y la amabilidad de la señorita del comedor.La ubicacion es excelente

No tengo nada que me desagradara

I booked this to be near the airport for our morning flight home. Would have loved to stay longer. It is such a lovely place! Friendly, professional staff, too. There was an evening social hour which offered a snack and 2 beers on tap. Popcorn machine is filled in the morning so not a lot left by the social hour but there was enough for us. Breakfast was great! Had a card with the names of the staff running it but can't find it. I know one name was Sal. There were omelets with cheese and homemade refried beans among other things. It was a wonderful breakfast! Sorry we weren't there long enough to try out the pool, hot tub, and exercise room.

We have blackout curtains in our bedroom at home. The suite had curtains for the patio door but not for the window on the wall by the TV and a light on the wall outside the room. Would have liked it to be darker in the room for sleeping

I really liked this place. It feels more like a small apartment complex than a hotel. Everything is clean, safe, and well maintained, with open space and a relaxed atmosphere. The gym is decent and the pools are nice. The rooms are quite spacious, more like a small studio. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Fresh tamales, nicely cooked eggs, and fresh salsa. It did not feel like a typical hotel breakfast at all. My dog also loved walking around the area.

We did find a few roaches in the apartment, which was not ideal.
