Americas Best Value Inn

Upon checking in we were given a room that personal scooters and a tote filled with someone’s personal items and icy water. Cigarette butts and used condoms outside our door. Once we opened the room we were greeted with the smell of smoke and weed. The blankets had burn holes and stains of an unknown source. The bathroom was filled with mold. The garbage can had garbage in it … condom wrappers. This room was straight out of a horror movie. The mouse droppings , the non working heat.. I couldn’t even stay and took my loss of money. Please for the love of god DO NOT STAY HERE!

Manager was very good to me.,,

Nothing. As soon as we pulled in and saw certain activities, puls how the room looked. We left and found another place to stay

Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable. Staff could not figure out how to code the room key

Our key card never worked, every time we needed to get back in our room, we would have to get someone from the front desk to let us in and they were less than friendly about it.

My room was recently redecorated with new fixtures and painted. A mini fridge and microwave was provided in addition to the cable tv and free wifi.

Will not stay here again

This property isn’t safe for families. The property has suspicious individuals living there who approach you in the parking lot.

Property is dated but the staff is friendly and were accommodating. Seemed like maybe there were some long-term guest/residents in the facility, and it felt like perhaps they were a little shady. Otherwise, decent location.
