SpringHill Suites by Marriott Billings

The room was clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Clean, spacious room, nice staff with minimal high way noise. 3rd floor room had good view of BNSF RR mainline (a bonus for us). Hotel is only a few minutes drive from downtown restaurant area and other shopping.

Staff was great, hotel was in excellent condition. Nice sleeper sofa, good breakfasts, late check out time.

The only complaint was the hot tub water was in need of changing.

The customer service at check-in and check-out was a great experience. Rooms were very clean and the property overall as clean. The pillows and mattresses were not great though. You may want to bring your favorite pillow.

The hotel was at capacity and yet it was quiet and clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space!

The cleanliness and the lack of attention by the staff/housekeeping. We requested a top floor room when booking, but got a 3rd floor room. We stayed 5 nights, asked for housekeeping at check-in, specifically towels and trash. Each day, housekeeping never arrived except the last day, even after we made daily requests. We went to the front desk and got our own trash bags and towels and had to call for toilet paper. We also noticed food that we didn’t bring into the room in corners that was leftover from previous guests. The lights in our room were very dim and the bathroom light constantly flickered and would turnover for a few seconds at a time. We requested maintenance to check on it and the non-working bathroom fan the second day, but they never showed.

Very comfortable room and clean. The bathroom was clean but I think the bathtub does not conform to SpringHill Suites quality. Should be replaced. I would stay here again.
