Disappointed is an understatement. Despite a remodel back in 2019, this hotel clearly gave up on hospitality shortly after. No pool. Nothing for families. Staff who act like helping you is a personal inconvenience. If you're looking for a restful or friendly stay, keep it moving. This ain’t it. Book somewhere newer, or at least somewhere that doesn’t smell like 2014. Let me be blunt. This hotel has more red flags than a Formula 1 race. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality is just a buzzword for them, not something they actually practice. And for grown women working in the hospitality industry, they definitely had a lack thereof. No matter what they try to say about our group online, we were more accommodating to their staff than they were to us. We came in respectful, professional, and kind. Their team was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to make anyone feel welcome. No amenities. No warmth. No accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. 🚩🚩🚩

Amazing staff. My husband Warren & I were there due to the passing of my father. The staff went above & beyond. There was a beautiful arrangement of flowers left along with snacks in the room. Our room was upgraded to a suite to be more comfortable. The staff Megan, Alan, Doug & Hank are amazing!!! Customer service is 200% The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. When you walk in the hotel the ambiance is breathtaking. My husband loved the gym. It has a lot more than a basic hotel gym. We were there for a week! This group of people are top notch. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and by far this is the best one.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. However, in our 3-night stay, we were told our rooms would be freshened up and clean towels would be brought on the 3rd day. This did not happen. We asked the front desk for towels on the 3rd night and were told there were none, and we would be put on a wait list. I had to use a hand towel when I took a shower. We were assigned to this hotel as a stay to play by a softball tournament organizer. The staff treated us very poorly, constantly complaining about everything we did. We tried to please them, but it was clear that they did not want us there. We did use the courtyard area and the large gathering area in the lobby during the afternoon hours, but most people were not in the hotel, and always made sure we left it clean. I never saw anyone being unruly. The staff took photos of the children, and even implied that we had taken a small table they couldn’t locate. Do not stay here if you are playing ball and bring your own towels.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was a complete nightmare. Check-in was a chaotic mess, not because of the staff on duty—who was actually kind and doing his best—but because the system was completely down and his manager refused to assist him. We watched him struggle while trying to do his job, with no support whatsoever from management. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The staff throughout the rest of our stay were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Our room was never refreshed—no housekeeping, no clean towels, nothing. When we asked for basic necessities, we were met with indifference or outright refusal. There’s a so-called “common area” in the lobby that is apparently not meant to be used, enjoyed, or even sat in. The hotel seems to discourage guests from being anywhere but locked in their (very outdated) rooms. Speaking of which, our room was incredibly run-down and smelled awful. It felt dirty, musty, and completely neglected. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else.

Families can not laugh with their children and others in the common area without being reprimanded. In addition, you do not receive room service without demanding it. You either get on a waiting list for towels or speak with the very friendly cleaning lady. This facility states they are familiy friendly, they are not. I would highly suggest finding another location if you have children. Just a side note, the elevator service date slip, it shows it expired in February. You may want to update those things.

This was a stay to play hotel for a PGF softball tournament. From the minute we arrived, they made their feelings about sports teams known. They can’t stand and won’t tolerate them. You’re guilty until proven innocent in their eyes. We were told of the 10pm quiet time, which we honored the entire time. But it didn’t matter what time of day it was, they stayed on our case nonstop. We were told that the little siblings could do their gymnastics and run around outside in the patio area, but not inside. Again, we obliged. But even outside we weren’t safe. We had a couple 40 lb kids hanging on lower limbs of a tree. They weren’t going to hurt the tree. They came out and said they couldn’t be in the tree. We made them get down. But we let it be known that we have done everything they asked, but we were tired of being harassed. They didn’t like our objection, so the manager started filming our kids coloring and making bead necklaces, stating they were being destructive?!? Not a single mess was left the entire weekend. Not a single piece of furniture was damaged. Nothing. We also had a family have the cops called on them. They asked for more towels because their room wasn’t cleaned, which we were told would happen on Saturday, but did not happen for this specific family. They were waitlisted for towels?? The mom took a pic of the name tag of the manager because the name was different from the name on the business card she gave us earlier in the day. Ironically it was the same woman who took pics and videos of our kids. But she didn’t like it when it was done to her so she called the cops. Probably better off they didn’t get the clean towels. Mine had squiggly black hairs on them and my room smelled like wet feet. I had to burn a candle all weekend to cover the smell. Absolutely worst experience ever, team or otherwise. Miserable place to stay. Stay away!

The staff is unfriendly. They don't have complementary breakfast or coffee. They do not have a pool. Not friendly to kids. Did not clean room or bring fresh towles. Manager is horrible and very confrontational. From check in a storm took down the card reader. Because the card on file was not the one we had they argued to allow us to stay. It was late and very frustrating experience. No activies for kids very unfriendly and must remain super quiet. Not welcoming or accommodating during a long stay. DO NOT stay with small kids!

Great stay, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well managed with a restaurant on site. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. My only concern was there is a large window that faces the rear of the property. There is a very bright light to illuminate the parking lot. This is well and good except the light shines into the room. The curtains are only sheers. They do not block the light. Questions please contact me.

Bugs were found in the bathroom.
