Very noisy hotel.

Front desk wasn’t accommodating and the insulation was bad so you could hear other guests.

Nice and clean hotel, fairly quiet. Good staff that would assist you. Overall we had a good stay, no complaints towards the facility or the staff.

Only issue was the different check out times mentioned from expedia and the actual location. I had noon online from the confirmation but the actual place said 11. Otherwise the place was nice, especially for just a night.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by both employees working registration. I was asked about my preferences, not in a rote-like manner but as part of a human to human dialogue. The room was updated, clean and well taken care of with the bonus being the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower being legible without having to put my glasses on. At every point during my stay, when I ran across an employee I was acknowledged. They even had umbrellas at the entrance for people to borrow as needed. If I had stayed longer, I'm sure I would have uncovered many more details that focused on the guest experience. Because excellence is achieved many details at a time. Comfortable beds

Charged separately for incidentals, had to pay for parking, had to pay for breakfast. Nothing was complimentary but labeled that way. Had to called front desk twice about noise complaints.
