the room and location was great can't wait to return

The staff was unbelievable. My flight came in very late and they arranged for my room to be accessible and for me to park easily in the middle of the night. They also allowed me to leave my car in its parking spot for a few hours after check-out. Fantastic service and very very clean! Would definitely recommend.

Location excellent

Need some bath gel,tea bags,disposable slippers and small amenities like other hotels. Also because we were there for a few days offer some laundry facilities.. we don’t mind paying for it Front desk staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.

This boutique hotel was well run and the staff to include Luis was very friendly and informative. I will stay here again.

Modern nice and large suite, Clean. Centrally located.

The location was excellent, one minute across the street to step onto Miami Beach in the beautiful quiet Bal Harbour neighborhood. The facility provided at no extra cost beach chairs and umbrellas and towels. The family-run boutique hotel were so friendly and thoughtful and even left a beautiful bouquet of roses in the room for my friend's birthday. They also allowed us to leave our car in the lot a couple of extra hours so we could enjoy the beach longer, after check out.

Staff is fantastic, welcoming and accommodating, we highly recommend Sun Harbour
