Great staff. Very friendly.

Competent and friendly reception: I arrived late due to my flight delay, and we were very well received. The apartment: is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. It has complete facilities, such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and other utensils, if you want to have some meals in the apartment (and not have to eat exclusively in restaurants) The hotel: has its own self-parking, has a nice pool and is one block from the beach. So, I strongly recommend staying at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel.

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed. When we arrived we were shown around so we knew where everything was. We had access to beach towel and beach chairs and parasols. Our 2 children (6 and 11) loved the pool. It was big enough for them to have a splash about in whilst I read my book on a sun bed. Beds were comfy. 2 minute walk to the beach.

Wish we had known where to park when we got there. The parking was round the back and under the building, and a little tight for a large car.

The owners are awesome! They are very nice and take pride in their hotel which you can see by how good of a condition and clean everything is. Love that they allow you to use beach chairs/umbrellas. Great location! Entry to the beach right across the street and free parking! Would stay here again for sure!

Situated in a nice location, steps to beach. Room was comfortable, beds comfy and Louis very kind! Parking a plus. Clean and quiet. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff were all exceptional and the room felt like home.

We arrived early in the morning before check-in time and received a very warm and inviting welcome. Also, our room was already available which was a very nice surprise. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Also, you can use beach chairs and towels free of charge. - and the beach is just across the street! Perfect option for staying in Miami Beach.

The water temperature in the bathroom wasn't hot enough. There is a safe, but it's not big enough for a laptop.

I had a lovely welcome at reception when I arrived & was escorted to my suite which was larger than I expected with kitchen, dining & living room. George was also on hand & took my 2 cases to my room & also drove my car to the parking area for me while I was shown around this fab hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Sun Harbour. As recommended I went to Flanagan's restaurant around the corner for my evening meal & was not disappointed. The food was very good & I enjoyed my night. 1st time in Bal Harbour & I wish I had booked more than 1 night. If I go in that area again I would definitely book to go back.
