Vanessa, the mangeress of the hotel, couldn't do enough to help. All the staff were helpful and professional. The location was perfect, next to everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable.

The armchair was broken and the sofa was not so comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. No resort fee was appreciated.

The hotel was on a very, very busy main road. The traffic was loud, horns were honking most of the time. Loud cars and motorcycles stopping at the light right at the hotel day and night. It was so annoying I couldn’t sit out at the pool, which was also right by the main road. Not a very relaxing area. There was an alley with an ugly dumpster that we had to look at from the bedroom. And, a kids daycare next door also ruined the ambiance. The room appeared clean but once you got in, it was pretty dirty. I had to clean and dust the furniture since it didn’t look like they did that for a while. The floors and baseboards were also dusty. In general the room was surface cleaned but not completely clean. Finally, the room was dark even though it had windows. Just didn’t feel inviting. To get to the beach, you had to cross this very busy 4 lane main road with the loud cars, crazy drivers, horns honking, motorcycles, etc. I didn’t feel safe., which was stressful. I know the hotel can’t control the traffic, but at least tell people what to expect. Don’t tell them it’s a quiet boutique hotel when it’s not.

The staff was so welcoming, the unit itself was clean and spacious, and the surrounding area had everything you need from restaurants to boutiques and groceries. I will definitely be back with my family soon!

Fabulous hotel close to beach and shopping, room was superb the best we have stayed in for a long while, we got to hotel about 10am but got early check in which was very nice and very kind. A small pool but warm and nice to get in , pools are rare in this area. Manager and staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Highly recommended and if we go back to Miami would book this hotel 100%. Thanks for making the end of our trip sp enjoyable Grahame & Joanne

Staff was very friendly and helpful in orienting me to the property and area. My room was unexpectedly huge: it was a suite, with a good size living room to watch tv, dining area, and a kitchenette. The bedroom had a very large closet, and two queen size beds. There is an outdoor pool. Shopping malls and restaurants are just a few blocks away. The beach was about a five minute walk, and the hotel provided free towels and umbrellas for use. If you didn't want to drive into town, a bus stop is nearby. The property is a bit dated, but clean and conveniently located (although somewhat noisy because of street traffic). It is reasonably priced for this community.

Clean facilities, great location, and easy transaction. will use again.
