We stay there a lot because it is an excellent value for the location and size of our suite. Very suitable for our longer stays in miami. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean.

The furniture and bathroom were a bit tired, and the dining room chairs had stains on them. A few cosmetic upgrades would make a better impression on first time guests. If this isn't a problem for you you'll be very happy. Also, there are tall, steep outdoor steps to get to the upper suites. If you are older, or have kids with strollers, I highly recommend reserving a first floor suite.

This is a real hidden gem ! Although the hotel is on a busy street our room was quiet, clean and spacious. Luis was a great host and made us feel very comfortable
