The woman working the front desk on the evening of 7/25 was the best part of the stay. She said she had been working all day but still had a smile on her face. She was

First room I go in it’s stuffy and hot the ac is broken & when I walk in the restroom water all over the floor tries to call front desk phone doesn’t work. Lady switches are room the ac unit is louder than the tv the mattress covers have stains on them & the toilet constantly runs the shower turns on brown water comes out then goes normal I just let it go because I’m beyond exhausted ur I deserve a refund a discount something for this inconvenience

Filthy disgusting, cockroaches in room, cheapest pillows and blankets ive ever seen even the walls were filthy. Tiny television bolted into wall. Empty baggies in parking lot. I paid $150 for a room reminiscent of a county jail in a metropolitan area
