manager at check-in was very nice several room changes were needed, and she was professional and helpful.

Don’t like this place

They gave me a room an entire family was staying in. Second room had stains all over the bottoms of the bed missing refrigerator and a bad smell. My key was deactivated mid stay and had no way to get in the room . Microwave didn’t work and people were constantly fighting above me. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I liked everything about my stay

The property was nasty. There were cockroaches. There was blood on the floor. It was a bad neighborhood and one of the kids I was with was threatened by someone staying in a room next to them saying he was going to shoot him.

I didn’t like it. Thank God my stay was short and I didn’t have to sleep in the bed too long. It was dirty for the most part. Basic things weren’t present, i.e. refrigerator, iron.The young lady that checked me in was great, I wasn’t able to get her name, but I do remember she just moved here from Pennsylvania. The interaction with her is probably the most positive thing I have to say about my stay.

No towels in the room!

They state they have a pool and free breakfast and a 24/7 lobby. All of this is false. No pool, breakfast, and the occasional arrest where the person getting arrested is screaming bloody murder at 2am. Staff is super nice and friendly so it’s not their fault more likely the owners themselves. The room was awful. Signs of the both doors being kicked in, the lock on the entrance was even broken. We had coffee cups but no coffee maker. When asked for more pillows, they didn’t have ANY. Avoid this place and the hotels on the same property as they’re all owned by the same people. They are owner operated so I’m sure they all run the same terrible way. Definitely do NOT bring your kids here.
