Should fix your reservation system to reflect that you have no vacancies. Myself and multiple others found themselves without rooms despite having an initial reservation confirmation. The only explanation given was that the system wasn’t picking up on not having rooms available

The flooring was nice . The bed was comfortable

Minor things was broken not enough to complain about I made it through the night overall experience there was ok with us we'll be visiting again thanks

I walked in the room and all the switches were cracked or broken. There was no refrigerator. It was disgusting. I turned around and walked out and went and got and paid for another hotel room.

The breakfast was only cereal

Front desk response, Very courteous.

First room not acceptable. However room was changed.
