Location, room cleanliness, was not smoke free, horrible lighting

Ms.Stacy was very nice and respectful. She care and she had all her paperwork together all the time.

Three times room service came in our room without knocking. They just burst in without my permission. The last time I was in the bed with my family. And the manager Angela customer service is very rude and very disrespectful. She don’t know how to talk to customers even when she is in the wrong. She lied about printing out my days I stay in. I ask to print my paper work she promised me the would be ready when I came back down. Two weeks later she tells me she can’t print my days. She is horrible.
