No one to help with the luggage Took a while to check in One of the room was not ready at 2:30pm They took a while to find my reservation Staff not well trained and not very attentive Nice but too expensive for what it is

"staff was very attentive and accomadating"

they were doing construction (very loud) outside the front of the building at 6:30 AM. Worker at the site were talking loudly. banging etc.

This is a really nice lodge/hotel, newly remodeled, with great amenities. Staying right in the Village makes for an easy walk out the back door right to the common area and more restaraunts. We would love to go back again. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub, surrounded by mountains was wonderful

"Very overpriced for what it is "

Nice hotel but waaaaaaay overpriced for what it is. $1200 room was on par with a run of the mill Garden Hilton. It is on a ski property with several hotels 12 miles outside of Jackson but it was the end of a summer vacation so that really didn’t matter so much. Had we known we just would’ve stayed in Jackson. Again nice property but definitely not worth the expense.
