Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa, a Noble House Resort

Great hotel location, walking distance from the lifts and runs, good cozy lobby and great restaurant and bar downstairs. Our family room with a double queen bed I found to be just decent with no balcony (I requested but is not available on the double bed rooms), beds are not firm and the carpet, curtains, bathroom and small closet makes the room need a good overhaul, specially for the high price we paid (around $700/night). In the hotel

Location is spectacular - so convenient for skiing. We used the ski valet, too. The Village area has restaurants which are fun to check out. The onsite spa is great, too - as a hotel guest you can use the spa facilities any time the spa is open - which is a nice perk! The outdoor hot tubs are great - especially the rooftop one. It was also nice to hang in the lobby - they offered treats every day. We did not have a car and used the local bus to go into Jackson town which was fun, too. The concierge was super helpful in arranging transport to/from the airport.

The room we booked was on the ground floor with a balcony, which was level with the road, at the price we paid we felt it was totally overpriced. The bed was described on the booking as a Murphy bed being Australian we had no idea what this was. Staff were very accommodating in getting us another room with a King Bed.

3rd time staying here. Always a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Teton Mountain Lodge. The whole place is amazing – the lobby is beautiful and charming and our room was very nice, clean, and had great views of the mountain. We loved the convenience of the location (just a minute walk out the front door to the mountain and close to other things in the area). We also enjoyed the rooftop hot tub after a long ski day. The hotel was very accommodating to special requests which is always very appreciated! We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone going to Teton Village and/or Jackson.

Great location relative to the mountain and activities. Outstanding staff. Awful management. Each afternoon the hotel lobby is supposed to have hot chocolate and cider as well as water. They were out of hot chocolate by day 2 or 3 of our week vacation and it was only replenished one afternoon for about 20 minutes. Each evening they have different fun food as well such as shortcake or s'mores. But they also routinely ran out of supplies. All of this is easily fixable. The hot chocolate packets are your standard fare hot chocolate packets that any grocery store has in supply. Same thing with the other missing supplies. While they order from Sysco and those deliveries are not daily, management should have better anticipated as they knew the volume of rooms booked. It felt very nickel and dimed. Another example was for water. The room is supplied with 2 water bottles upon arrival. I didn't know there was a cost for more water bottles so I asked the front desk for more. They said there was a fee for the additional bottles. But they neglected to tell us about the water in the gym, or the filling station that existed by the pool. Everything to push a sale. It felt like a ripoff, which is too bad because the staff, especially Evan, were outstanding.

We loved the location of the property. We spent a total of 4 nights (2 at the beginning and 2 at the end of our trip with 3 nights in Yellowstone). The hot tub on the roof was so relaxing especially at the end of a busy day. We rode the e bikes around the property and ate breakfast and dinner in the Spur restaurant. We visited during a quiet time of the year and our room was upgraded!!
