Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville by IHG

Amanda at the front desk was amazing! She was so welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Amanda is such a hard worker and truly cares about the guests. We definitely need more people like Amanda in this world in customer service. We were here for a baseball tournament and everytime we saw her at night she would ask my son how he did and showed that she really cared. We hope to come back and see her at the front desk again :)

We weren't able to get in the pool because the water looked dirty and green. That would have been a nice place to go after a long day at the hot ballpark. I also wish there was a clock in our room.

The property was centrally located by stores, shops and restaurants. Very clean hotel, staff friendly and breakfast area clean.

I first made a call, and received good information from Amanda. When we arrived it was Amanda that checked us in and she was very professional and a great representative of Holiday Inn Express!

Pool was area was too hot and loud.

Room was clean.

The freezer in the lobby was empty. No ice cream, no frozen treats. The cookie case was empty each day. Toilet paper roll mount was coming off the wall. No tissues in the bathroom. Lobby smelled of chlorine.

Clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast was good.

Pool had an odd color and had a lot of hair in it. Pool room smelled bad, needs ventilation

Breakfast was very good - cleanliness great - staff very nice.

The bathtub had nothing to really hold onto except under the shower head. That was difficult with water pouring down. So I had nothing to hold onto and when trying to exit the tub, both legs went in different directions. I managed to get upright without falling. That's my only complaint at all.
