The pool was over clorinated and not well ventilated

Clean, relatively updated, amenities, the front desk staff-Amanda-was amazing! The continental breakfast was pretty good.

I wish the breakfast was until 10am. Everything was great until an hour before check out. A staff member (young guy) knocked on the door. We had the do not disturb sign on the door but he let himself in when we didn’t answer. As a female, I’m glad my boyfriend was in the room because that was uncomfortable. That really upset my boyfriend but luckily I was in the shower and when the staff person was asked why he let himself in he asked if we needed towels (again, we were an hour from check out). We never saw him at all the 4 days we were in the hotel so we don’t know who he was. It was unsettling.

Came into town to visit my 104 year old uncle and lay flowers on the graves. Ive stayed here many times before and its always been great. I now have a 12 and 1 year old who were so excited for the pool. Our fiest night it was so warm in the room but we arei ed late amd was tired. The next night a big baseball familly was there just sitting aeouns drinking and had propped all the doors open (not even in the pool) and it was freezing on there. We still tried to get in but my baby was so cold we had to leave and get in a warm bath instead. I really appreicate the nice guy who checked us in as i was telling my daughter we still needed to run to walmart to get milk for the baby and he opened up the breakfast area and gave me 2 cartons so i disnt have to go. This was such a simple ut amazing gesture for one tired momma. Beakfast was really good! Ill still continue to stay whenever we visit.

Clean and friendly staff. Our room on the main floor needs new carpet desperately. A little damp feeling but overall ok
