Spacious room, comfortable bed, generally clean. Big room. Great bed.

I didn't know I'd have to drag my suitcase 200m from the key collection to my room, even though I spoke to someone in person about my late check-in Heaps of pillows but not all of good quality.

Thank god we only stayed 1 night

The constant barrage of phone calls and messages leading up to stay was ridiculous and boarded on harassment. Where I thought I was booking wasn’t where we stayed we ended up at their 2nd property. Told there were restaurants there so we could get dinner they were all closed that day so had to drive back into town. Wasn’t given key to room just handed paperwork and told to enjoy our stay. Rooms where dirty couches had stains all over seats, no water pressure, mattress was like a concrete block to sleep on. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Nice location.

Unlocked door adjoining between rooms when I arrived. Pretty much hear conversations next door. Locked door, returned next night, cleaner’s left door unlocked again. People could have come in my room from theirs. Not again.

Like the convenience of the location.

All the stairs. Had my elderly mother in law staying and she fell down the stairs and broke a couple of toes. The bathrooms are in need of some $$ Thre vanity s are delineating and the mirrors are needing to be replaced along with the shower head.

Staff were friendy upon check-in. Room was clean & well laid out. Had a nice view of the garden & water from my window. Bathroom was nice and big & very ckean.

The Heat pump was a little noisy & the floor creaked a little was a bit worried the person staying directly below me may be getting annoyed. The stairs were a bit of a pain as well but at least i got my steps up!
