"Best Staff"

Upon our arrival, following a day of travel, we had reserved a two-bedroom apartment for four senior adults. The staff had previously informed us about the presence of stairs; however, we unfortunately did not fully comprehend the extent of this information. After reaching the apartment, we promptly recognised that the number of stairs, along with other factors, presented significant challenges. We were exceptionally pleased with the staff's proactive and effective resolution of all our concerns. The team truly exceeded expectations, ensuring our three-night stay was both comfortable and memorable.

Staff member on arrival was lovely. Our room was beautiful clean and very comfortable. Parking was off street safe and secure. Walking distance to dinner. Next morning we could walk to our cruise with a detailed map from your lovely helpful receptionist. 10 out of 10 for our stay.
