The ice machines didn’t work

The location is great! Great view of the ocean as well. It’s got everything you need as far as activities and food; so you could stay there your entire stay in Myrtle Beach if desired. It’s located close to attractions, multiple restaurants, and shopping. The linoleum floors is fantastic! You can sweep sand up easily.

Having to ask for toilet paper. Only one roll was in our room on arrival.

Location was great.

The Hotel is old, run-down. Smell was terrible. No room service. Had to ask for towels daily. The pictures are very deceptive! It was not worth the price at all. I will definitely not recommend or stay here again. The Hot Pool was the worst, looks old and unclean.

They didn't have a shower curtain we tried all weekend. The tub was backed up and full of sand. Since we couldn't shower the bed had sand in it and we couldn't get fresh sheets. Finally Sunday the day we checked out I was able to speak to management and she was rude. Didn't want to hear it. Friday night we complained about the no shower curtain and they kept telling us no one to get us one. So first night didn't shower got into bed salty and sandy then requested fresh sheets they told us not policy. When I did finally speak to a manager she said she couldn't do anything for me and was super rude. The rudest person I spoke to since moving to SC, by far. We paid ALOT of money for this room and it was dirty, the hall was dirty we couldn't shower, and when we did we had to use the towels to dry floor and they told us they didn't have house keeping until Sunday which was our check out date anyway. Terrible I'm so upset I spent that much to be treated like this. Nothing like the adds made it seem.
