I didn’t get housekeeping one time in a 5 day stay!! I had to go to the desk for towels , toilet paper, and trash can liners to empty my own trash!

My stay was absolutely comfortable and I will continue to come here it's very nice here The band and the food and the staff are amazing I'll come back every time I come to Myrtle Beach 🏖️.

I loved my stay They're was no problems at all here.

I liked the location,the staff was helpful,the oceanfront rooms, and the suite I had was very roomy and it had washer and dryer

I would like to have an air fryer or oven because I need to fix food for my family not just on top of stove

We liked the location. Right on the beach, and not too crowded at all. Loved that it had a pool and a lazy river, plus direct access to the beach. The room had a good sized refrigerator, plus 2 bathroom sinks/vanities. That was a nice surprise. The elevators were pretty quick. It helped that we were there in early June, and we arrived on a Tuesday night. The ice maker always had ice, and was close to our room. The guys at the front door were great at helping us get all of our stuff out to the car. A very nice service. The price was right.

The shower head was too low for my 5'9" daughter -- she had to bend to get her head under it. There was no fan in the nathroom, and the entire room seemed damp all the time (that was probably part of the reason). The beds were hard. I am particularly sensitive, and these were awful. Thankfully, I brought a mattress pad that saved the trip. There was also a big dip in the mattress on the side of the bed by the nightstand. It was kind of a nightmare bed. The parking garages were not good. Like I said, it wasn't really busy while we were there, but we occasionally had to park in the garage across the street from the hotel instead of beside it. And the garage across the street had very tight spaces. Our last night, there was a Saturday, and there wasn't one spot ooen in the close garage. Not sure what you do when it's really busy. I'm sure they all fill up. There was carpet in the room. Astounding can imagine, it was full of sand and sticky. We wore flip flops around the room the whole time. They emptied our trash every day and changed the towels every other day. Other than that, there was no housekeeping (but that was fine with us).

Supposed to have been a pet free hotel! But the room beside us we heard barking all Day/ night
