"It was a nice place to go to for a nice week with my two kids"

I liked the pools and the great view from our room, we stayed in the Lagoon View. The kids room was also a nice place for my daughter to go to and the nanny Mary, she was nice.

Not much, just small things. The room did have many lights so it was hard to see at night, also had lots of ants around the black cabinet and sink. The service at the pool bar was very slow and only had one worker. The onsite taxi service overcharged and didn’t honour the flat rate from the hotel.

The property was always clean, most staff were friendly

Bad lighting along the pathways and lights in villa diidnt all work, wifi was no existent unless at reception, tepanyaki wasn't a performace - rather someone cooking, buffet is overpriced given it was all cold

"Paradise found."

We paid a bit extra for an Over water Villa. It was definitely worth it. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We slept very well. Full breakfast included, which was great and set us up for the day. Pools and facilities were top notch. Highlight for us was on two mornings we had two dugongs swim up to our Villa.
