"The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms could have been cleaner, and customer svc needs improvement."

They did not serve breakfast. You must bring your own food or look for street vendors nearby. The location was strategc and provided quick access to a variety of activities in Malang.

The customer service was poor.

Arrived late evening with hopes to see Mount Bromo the same day, and as it is Holiday season; this can be difficult due to how busy it gets, especially with my short notice. However, Fandu assisted, and I managed to join a tour.

reddoorz which is clean among other reddoorz, for a cheap price the quality is okay

need more sink for other standart room, sometimes there’s standart room without sink. but it’s okay all is good

The place is not very clean (aka stains on bed sheets, mirror you can’t see yourself), one very dirty blanket to sleep in. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags. There was no soap. And it was very noisy. Not recommend it.
