"Not what it looked like when we booked"

Common area. Bed was comfortable.

Room was not like in the photos. They show the family room as a standard room. There is no window in the room and the bathroom has no sink. Bed was comfortable but it was really hard to sleep as there were so many noises during the whole night. when we said our room didn’t look like in the photos of our booking they said if we wanted that we had to pay double the price. The bed had no top linen, only two small individual covers that could act as that. There was only hot water for one person each turn, so one of us had to shower either with cold water or wait a few hours for the hot water. Also it is far away from the center where the places to visit are (30-40 min Grab drive). we should have checked the location before but we trusted booking reference that we think are not accurate.
