Very clean nice the house keepers made sure that came to clean our room

That room has no microwave so you have to keep buying food and once it gets cold it’s no good

Excellent stay at Borgata! The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are outstanding. Great restaurants, an exciting casino, and a relaxing atmosphere made my trip memorable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The view in our suite 😍 the Gelato & starbucks! The food was good. The place was clean & the parking garage didn't smell (that is an underrated value LOL) Everyone was really friendly! The gym was clean & useful! It was nice to see the casino & hotel actively being cleaned.

Most places to get food were closed a lot during the week (it's summer, so we thought it'd be open) Smoking sections ( but I understand why you have them lol ) everything was really expensive also. I wish there were more penny slots with lower minimums

The location was great for me but not my husband he wanted to be near the boardwalk. I think everything was great. Being though I clean for a living that's the first thing I look for. And from the bathrooms to the rooms very clean very tidy. Love it

I didn't like that the money you put in the machines the borgata does not give it back. But someone said the borgata is stingy your not going to get anything back. Lol they were right but otherwise thank you great stay and great rest.

"I've stayed in five or six casino hotels over the years, but the staff and facilities at the Borgata were the best ever."

The Borgata provided one of the best casino experiences I've ever had, from the nice and clean room to the attentive staff to the excellent facilities, including a fantastic gym that seemed brand new, and multiple swimming pools. Great restaurants. And the slot machine areas, which seemed to pay out nicely, had an unusually rich mix of old-style and new-style machines that were really fun to play. The highlight of the trip was the great police work done after I accidentally left a $380 slip in a machine to recover my money in less than an hour.
