The room was spacious with some basic cooking facilities. The pool is lovely and practically empty in the mornings as the party people sleep until lunchtime. I enjoyed watching the pool parties from my balcony and I didn't mind the loud music. The staff were nice, especially the cleaning lady. The beach wasn't far either and there are plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the hotel.

It was described as an adult hotel but it's really a youth hostel without bed time rules. The area attracts young people between the ages of 14 to 24 who don't seem to realise that there are other people in the hotel who actually want to sleep between 1 am and 6 am. Sadly, nothing has been done to soundproof the hotel (e.g. carpets in the hallway, better doors).

The staff were very helpful, they did their best for the guests. We appreciate this. The price was also good. there were couple car parking spaces. big pool.

Nice pool area. Best location for a party people.

Nightlubs are near to the sleeping rooms. Disturbs the people who would like to sleep.

The hotel is located on the strip so if you are going for a party holiday this hotel would be great. The rooms were standard and cleaned every couple days, the pool is lovely and gets the sun all day.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and could have been bigger as the shower was quite small.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Teens running around drugged up by the pools, screaming, drinking, smoking, your room is made of paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING, you will get NO sleep, you will get NO help from receptionist or owner, except receptionist feet up by the TV loud enough to hear from 2nd floor, and owner coming in eyes bulging from her head, phone in hand recording, accusing us of lying, calling herself a psycho/crazy, trying to run away downstairs whenever her arguments weren't working for her. She denied refund, but refund was issued by Booking themselves. DO, NOT, GO, HERE. You need to avoid this place like the plague. You need to avoid Malia like the plague. Go to Bali instead, beautiful area with beautiful people, restaurants, beaches, only 25 minuter with car from Rethymno. PS: This is a real review, watch out for the fake ones on this "hotel".

Everything, just about everything. There is nothing to like about this. It left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, which I'm still feeling as of today.
