DO NOT GO HERE!! Teens running around drugged up by the pools, screaming, drinking, smoking, your room is made of paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING, you will get NO sleep, you will get NO help from receptionist or owner, except receptionist feet up by the TV loud enough to hear from 2nd floor, and owner coming in eyes bulging from her head, phone in hand recording, accusing us of lying, calling herself a psycho/crazy, trying to run away downstairs whenever her arguments weren't working for her. She denied refund, but refund was issued by Booking themselves. DO, NOT, GO, HERE. You need to avoid this place like the plague. You need to avoid Malia like the plague. Go to Bali instead, beautiful area with beautiful people, restaurants, beaches, only 25 minuter with car from Rethymno. PS: This is a real review, watch out for the fake ones on this "hotel".

Everything, just about everything. There is nothing to like about this. It left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, which I'm still feeling as of today.

Very good location! Staff were very friendly and great service was supplied in terms of the maid cleaning the room.

The air con started off good for the first few days, however, after that was quite poor and I often found myself waking up extremely warm and unable to cool down.

I had booked a cheap basement room and checked in at 11am. A friendly staff member immediately took me up to a top storey balcony room, overlooking the main strip, where I would stay for the rest of the week I had booked. This included use of the air conditioner and safe for no extra charge, and was a nice room that was cleaned every other day. The location was great for the nightlife, you are right next to it, and a short walk to the beach, it also has a good sized swimming pool I usually had to myself

The hotel itself was not noisy, at least in mid May, half of the guests being middle aged, and the oasis bar closed, but the bars and clubs nearby were fairly loud, up to 3 or 4 am. After a few beers this didn't bother me, and I slept fine,I also enjoyed watching the street life from the balcony

Great location. Great staff! The pool was nice!

Rooms are a little outdated. The shower area is very small, with the curtains being too short. Water sprayed everywhere.

Great locations. Close to everything and a large, well-stocked supermarket nearby Chalkiadakis. Nice pool.

The only thing I missed was at least one microwave in the corridor for general use
