toilet and the seat was loose. shower area had loose parts. paid for hotel name more then quality of room.

Fridge did not work

soon as got there ..was confused cause i called before ooking also after asking wanting a hot tub the one and only one 1st floor we been to 2 years ago but was mislead also rite away .washer broke main reason picked it cheap washing close .then rite away the worker saaid ur room over pool area the boses kid party .will be loud then ..no clean towls . the woker on duty i tiped tennbucks litery ha a older women that stays full time with her kids for while there doing all her work or dealing with o towls pool area orclean .then my husband went to bathroom in pool area and couldnt there was shit all over toilt worker was told and noting nor cared about noone in pool had a towl.then couldnt even wattch any good tv .cause they charge twenty five to rent cord my husband had to wash close by hand in bathtubb..then asked women welll do we get deal if wanna rent room she said no and told me actully wpould be 27 more then paid for sat night nuts the wowen who does all wolrers work while she smokes and doenst do anyhing atully sleep in front desk area couldnt go out to smoke unless she was bohtering us all times hours night when steped out litery sleeping in chiar to left when u walk in then breakfest stnding at front desk eating

get what paid and asked and confirmed and also peace or a lil help or clean or just dry or towl period to dry off when get out poool and have hole family of 3 differnt ones wet and cant get help or anyone to get towl
