Location

They changed their rates nightly the cost is too high and the washer is just sitting there out of order you have to ask for your room to be cleaned

"I was very disappointed in the cost=value in regard to the room."

Not much to like. The staff person was not rude, the TV worked. The room was clean. It had clean towels and sheets

The pool and weight room were closed. We knew about the pool though. The sofa bed was not made up with linens I was given a sheet and a pillow. I made up the sofa bed. When I requested another pillow later that evening, I was told there were no more blankets and the pillows were dirty. Breakfast was nothing special. The cost of this hotel was not the best value, and the condition and lack of amenities should have lowered. tube was dirty.

It was easy to find

The room was missing basic thinks like a bar of soap and toilet paper. We also requested to be close to the entrance or elevator and that was not accommodated.

Nice friendly staff, pool was an excellent temperature, breakfast was great.

Jacuzzi was broken and I was told it hasn't worked for several months.
