Upon Check-in the front desk associate Asked if we were planning on using the pool which we confirmed and placed us in a room directly across from the pool entrance which we very much appreciated so we wouldn't have to walk around the property wet. We were also on the 1st floor which was perfect for my son, who has a tendency to be a little hyperactive in our room and didn't want to disturb other guests

No complaints, the room was clean.It was comfortable.We were very close to the pool.Breakfast was a plus for my picky eater.The hotel lobby was cozy 5 stars across-the-board for a family friendly hotel.

The property was beautiful. Fresh snow had just fallen and really set a show stopper seen when walking into the beautiful grand lobby. Front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. We stayed in the king suite and the space was perfect for my family of three and our Boston terrier. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was hot and always kept full.

Disappointed to find that the hot tub had been filled in. Gym equipment needs updating.

This hotel was right off the highway. It looked almost new and clean with a bright open lobby. Our room was on the second floor, easily accessible. The breakfast room was just down the hall from us. It was well stocked, full breakfast, clean and lots of room for seating. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped with the usual necessities. There was a gas station right next to the hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Can't think of a single negative. We had been travelling for two weeks and stayed at several hotels already. This one was one of the best.
