Très mauvaise isolation, nous avons eu une chambre avec porte reliant à la chambre à côté ce qui fait que nous entendions absolument tout ce qui s’y passait… et toutes les conversations. Nous avons très mal dormi et nos voisins étaient particulièrement gênants. Nous avons été déçus que malgré nos plaintes à l’accueil rien n’est était fait pour leur demander d’être plus respectueux !

We were on the road in a snowstorm when we decided we were going to have to stop for the night. My wife booked a room at this Comfort Inn, but we realized pretty quickly the roads were too bad, and it wasn't safe to continue. This was a historic snowfall, with about 24 inches falling in 24 hours. I called within an hour to cancel the room, and was told by the front desk that wasn't possible; I'd have to wait until the next day to speak with someone who could help. The next day I called back only to be told to call back Monday, when manager Amir would be available to help. I did as instructed, and was told Amir was in a meeting, but should be available within the hour. A few hours passed and, being that I was on a family vacation, I called back, only to be told "the ball is in Amir's court. He'll call you back or he won't." He didn't. He still hasn't, five days later. I didn't even want a refund, and I made that clear. I'd hoped perhaps we could simply move the stay to the next week. Amir and the staff didn't care enough to call back. Stay somewhere that cares enough about customers to offer something other that platitudes.

Everything was clean. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast constantly being replenished. Nice pool.
