Het rook er zo heerlijk! En heel vriendelijk personeel, fijne buurt en dichtbij alles. Mooie schone kamer en een upgrade gekregen zomaar. Schone handdoeken elke dag en heerlijke badlakens bij het heerlijke zwembad! Volgende keer boek ik weer hier!

De fitness was goed erg ruim en veel keuze. Het zwembad is groot en er zijn veel ligbedden. Het personeel is super aardig en helpt echt. De hotel kamers zijn ruim en het hotel is rustig en omringd door groen. Spa voorzieningen top en behulpzaam personeel. Prijs is goed niet duur en ruime check out tijd.

De kamers zijn niet goed schoon gemaakt “opgeschoond” dus het lijkt schoon maar overal zijn nog haren of vieze vlekken op de grond. Het ontbijt er is veel keuze maar vooral veel vet spul. Scrambled eggs proef je ei niet maar alleen boter. De jus dorange en wortelsap zijn verdund met water en de cappuccino is als sloot water. Daarnaast waren de borden en bekers niet erg schoon evenals troep dat nog bij het zwembad lag. Schoonmaak kan veel beter in algemeen. Hotel is vergelijkbaar met goede drie sterren in Europa. Oja last but not least irritant handdoekje leggen gedrag an de gasten!

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Buffet du petit déjeuner très riche et diversifié.

Chambre inconfortable a cause du bruit dégagé par groupe électrogène, difficile d'avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil. Chambre 3111 à éviter.

Serious safety issue and misleading management This hotel may look really good, but when something goes wrong, the lack of responsibility is very clear. During the stay, my daughter stepped on broken glass left around the pool area, which cut into her foot and caused significant bleeding. This was a basic and entirely avoidable safety failure in a main guest area. The response from staff was deeply disappointing. Reception showed little to no interest in the injury, treating it as though the presence of broken glass was not the hotel’s responsibility at all. She was left to arrange her own treatment, which meant attending a clinic for wound care, a tetanus injection and medication – losing a significant part of the holiday and paying the costs personally. The most concerning part, however, was the conduct of the hotel’s Director of Accommodation, Zohair Machtoun. He repeatedly stated that the hotel would reimburse the medical costs, and assured the family he would attend the clinic – he did not turn up. There was no follow‑up, no welfare check, and no ownership of the situation at any stage. At checkout, rather than resolving the matter, he avoided dealing with it entirely, despite the earlier assurances. He has since changed his position and refused to reimburse any costs at all. This complaint was raised through Booking.com, and despite the clear circumstances, the hotel has fully absolved itself of any responsibility – including for broken glass left in guest areas. A hotel that will not take responsibility for a preventable injury, combined with management making commitments and then going back on them, raises serious concerns about both guest safety and integrity of service. That, ultimately, tells you everything. Would not return in this lifetime, not even for free. Would not recommend even to my enemies.
