The pool was massive, and we enjoyed it. There was aqua Zumba which were well instructed. The room was clean and spacious, the outdoor area and overall amenities and ambiance of the hotel was perfect. The location was also near to many tourist destinations. We opted for half board, the food was tasty and value for money.

The only feedback is that I requested for a large double bed but I was given a triple room with 3 single beds. The staff were nice and courteous but few of them were judgmental and would differentiate between the guests.

Love everything. Room was big n bidet in the toilet. The hotel is really beauriful. Large bed. Breakfast was also good with varieties

There were some positives. The location is good, taxis are easy to obtain, and the breakfast was decent. The restaurant area is also attractive and the pool area is pretty. A special mention should go to Mustafa in the restaurant, who was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. He was one of the few members of staff who genuinely made us feel valued as guests.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as it was genuinely disappointing and, at times, quite concerning. We chose Kenzi Rose Garden based on positive reviews and recommendations, but unfortunately our stay fell well below expectations. Shortly after arrival, we became trapped in a lift for approximately 10–15 minutes. The lift suddenly went completely dark, leaving us frightened and unsure what was happening. As visitors in a foreign country, this was an extremely distressing experience. What made the situation even worse was that the emergency button was clearly not working. We repeatedly pressed it, but nobody responded and nobody could hear us. Had I not managed to call the hotel using WiFi on my phone, we have no idea how long we would have remained trapped inside. This is a serious safety concern that should never happen in a hotel of this standard. A security guard eventually released us, but despite the severity of the incident there was no sincere apology, no welfare check, and no meaningful follow-up from management. When we raised our concerns, Zohair at reception told us he would "look after us" during our stay. However, he failed to acknowledge us on the following days and, when we eventually spoke to him again, we were simply told that we could leave the hotel if we wished. This response felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy given what had happened. The service throughout the stay was inconsistent and frustrating. On the first day, I had to call reception more than 10 times just to obtain an iron. Rather than resolving the issue efficiently, I was questioned about how many times I had called. Even basic requests such as toilet roll became unnecessarily difficult. At check-out, we were initially told that a late check-out would be provided free of charge, only to be informed on the day of departure that we would need to pay for it.
