Located centrally and rooms are comfortable and of decent size.

The breakfast is below par and a let down, there was this particular lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional and she simply kept saying No, and would forget things. We went there for breakfast at 9:20 and the breakfast closes by 9:45, and all of the breakfast items were empty - No scrambled eggs, no baked beans, no bread, no orange juice, no yogurt and a broken coffee machine - when asked the lady for top-up, she told she is getting it and almost about 9:40 when asked again, she says breakfast closes in 5 mins, we can't bring you more. She was mean, disrespectful and most unprofessional staff I have ever come across staying at Holiday Inn group of hotels. I would recommend getting your breakfast outside for your peace of mind. Such employees break the happy customers who otherwise woukd go back! Note: the lady at the reception had to face the brunt of my unhappiness, she was apologetic but she couldn't do anything about the situation!
