Osprey Hotel

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They were down to earth and you could have a laugh with them which I enjoy! The food was fab and the rooms were big and spacious and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in!

Can't say I had anything not to like.. only thing I would day is be causious walking by the pool as the floor was quite slippy.. but other then that facilities were great!

What a wonderful stay yet again. Firstly I would like to commend Sara and Jonathan on reception. Both were so welcoming throughout my stay, nothing was too much and displayed perfect customer service. I’ve known Jonathan from previous stays and while Sara is new, they were both consummate professionals adding to a wonderful enjoyable stay as always. Secondly last night there was an issue in the bar with very boisterous and argumentative customers. This could have gone completely wrong but Jimmy again was fantastic dealing with them. Professional with a calm level head ensured that that the customers were dealt with firmly and fairly. His colleague (a young lady with dark hair - apologies i didn’t catch her name) was also a calming influence and both were an absolute credit to the Bar and Osprey in handling difficult customers while ensuring other customers were given top quality service. I highly commend them both for how they dealt with the situation and their actions should be used as an excellent example of dealing with these issues. Thank you again… I’m looking forward to seeing you all again soon

Dint stay here but I went in for breakfast, while waiting for someone, the waiting staff were so friendly,especially Paula and Maira couldn't do enough for me,also the lady at the coffee counter such an asset to the hotel 😊

Very nice hotel, comfortable relaxing and a very good gym too. Food is great, Moira made sure I got the perfect breakfast and a few laughs too.

From the moment I arrived on Thursday 7th may, to departure 3 days later, the service I received from the staff at the Osprey was impeccable. My request was for a quiet room, which I received, there was ample safe parking, staff were attentive and friendly, my room was spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent, catering for all tastes. Georgi went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I’d have no hesitation in returning to the Osprey, and have already recommended the Hotel to friends and family.
