Osprey Hotel

We were a party of four who enjoyed afternoon tea last Thursday. The welcome we received on arrival was very warm. The service was impeccable. Our table was dressed with a crisp white line tablecloth and adorned with the finest bone china. The treats that were served were absolute perfection. We could not have asked for more, most worthy of fiver stars.

Recently stayed in the Osprey hotel for a family weekend away. The leisure club was outstanding and the kids loved it. The staff were very friendly. Abbie on the desk was very helpful.

Gym staff are 10/10. Shoutout to Abbey on the reception desk and Hanna on the gym floor always helpful. Would recommend to anyone

Stayed at the Osprey Hotel in Naas for three nights and unfortunately came away disappointed. While the hotel has some positives, I felt it was significantly overpriced for what was offered. The bedroom itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment, although the bathroom was modern and well presented. One particularly frustrating design issue was that the shower controls were located outside the shower enclosure, which was awkward and inconvenient to use. The staff throughout my stay were not especially warm or welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. The leisure facilities were also underwhelming. The pool and surrounding areas felt tired and not particularly well maintained, and the overall standard was below what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. I also spent some time in the bar, where a projector was being used to show sport. The image quality and positioning made it very difficult to watch comfortably. Overall, despite a few positives such as the modern bathroom, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for money and would be reluctant to return.

Location good. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was nice. 1st room we got wasnt the best if honest so I looked to swap and the staff were so efficient and a swap was not an issue

Location of 1st room, ground floor. Door felt unsafe and was located into the outside road side, and garden gate was not safe. It felt very unsafe.

Clean, efficient, breakfast good, would stay here again.

No instructions on how to use safe.

Staff were very welcoming and very accommodating as we were travelling with our daughter assistance dog. Gave us a bigger room which was very helpful.
