The location

The bathtub was extremely tall and very dangerous to exit after a shower. The front desk staff were always on a smoke break and difficult to get them. The bartender had a bad attitude. The bar had no common drinks available. The entire hotel is in bad need of a renovation. Absolutely no way I would stay here again even if it was for free.

The breakfast was for me since I just grabbed a quick bite before going to work. The gym was good. Nice TV set, functioning machines, a nice set of barbells Good location. 10 minutes away from the University Hospital moving on a bike.

The cleaning service could have been better. Didn't get soap in the shower or a shampoo refill.

The room was large

Room phone was broken, ceiling fan was broken as well. The electric outlet for the air conditioner did not have a cover and I had to move a dresser in front of it so my toddler could not touch it and get electrocuted. Their crib was broken so my toddler didn't have a bed and had to sleep with us. Told the front desk about these issues and they did not attempt to fix any of the problems.
