"Not great. I want a refund, but I paid to stay for one day, so it is what it is."

Usually we stay in good rooms and it’s comfortable.

The room I stayed in was dirty, the microwave handle was glued back on, just replace the whole microwave. They’re cheap. I feel like I got robbed with how dirty it was in there and the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible.

"Front desk staff is awesome"

Emma, at the front desk, helped me out when I had inadvertently, double booked. Originally, I thought I was booking through the hotel website, but found when I checked in that the original reservation was booked through a third party that I didn't know. Emma researched the info and got me the confirmation number for the third party reservation, and I was able to call and cancel.
