They didnt have the room requested ready or gave it to.someone else, even though we had reservations, the room had not been vacuumed is who knows how long, dust all in the corners, 1 of the queen beds looked like the sheets had not been changed, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The flooring in the elevator was broken. If we had not been traveling so long n it was in the middle of the night, we would have left. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There was also other customers running around in the lobby with wet bathing suits or trunks witj no coverups and kids running the jalls at 1 am.

Styling and scenic

May 22 evening multiple fire alarms went off. Couldn’t tell and wasn’t informed if evacuation mandatory. Fire department did arrive and there several noises including voices and either vacuums or fans. Lasted a couple hours. I went outside and the fire dear tent was leaving around 9:45PM. 10:10 alarms went off again. And, during this I was unable to access entry from the outside back to my room. The key registered, the lock clicked but unable to open the door. I had to walk around facility to the front. I expect a discount from total billing.

This was graduation weekend. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was not a good experience. After checking into our room, we discovered bed bugs and immediately left. The hotel said they would refund our money. However, we haven't got the refund yet. The rooms felt very old and worn down. After discovering the bed bugs, we checked the mattress, and it was completely wrapped in some type of cover, which made me feel more concerned. I do not recommend this hotel.

Ease of check in friendly staff. Bar drink was good and rooms were pretty clean and comfortable

Needs maintenance on the elevator floor. Definitely a hazard to elderly and breakfasts on Saturday should have started at 6 am since graduation we had to be there at 730 something to think about for next year
