"For the price, should have been more appealing."

The location

Property look fine, but inside the deco is too strong for my taste. Room was dusty, specially behind the beds, one of the bathroom lights was not working, sink drainage was slow. Breakfast area, the tables feel sticky.

"Great Location. Clean rooms."

Went for College graduation. Had 3 rooms. Fantastic location. Minutes from Mizzou. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Dogs are allowed which is nice but one of our rooms hapd a dog that was left alone quite a bit and was constantly barking.

"Best downtown Columbia value."

This is close to downtown. The 2 downtown hotels are priced very high. Even though you aren't right downtown you can be there in very short drive. Worth the drive for the price.

The balcony room was a beautiful view and peaceful. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows

The phone didn't work , and there were a few hairs in the bed.

The decor.

Shower was dirty and didn't drain well at all. Linen on 1 of 2 beds had perfume on it, like hadn't been laundered. Coffee maker was dirty, room was dusty. No hot tub and couldn't do laundry as the machines take quarters and front desk/ bar wouldn't make change. No food at dinner, no restaurant. Will not be back.
