Its clean and comfortable but when i got in the showee the whole tub squeak

That i didnt get mi deposit back

I loved how close it was to The Village. It was clean. We loved the lake location. The fire pit made for a relaxing evening.

I only wish our lake bungalow had a little couch inside for tv watching.

The Chalet was lovely and very spacious, had full kitchen facilities. Staff were helpful, nice big bathroom, easy walking distance to everything, however very limited pavements in Big bear

The BBQ area needed looked after as it was often left dirty which attracted a lot of flies, outside bins also needed emptying more often to prevent flies. Our room smelt of fog which was off putting for people who don’t have a dog so I think they should keep dog friendly rooms separate so you aren’t sleeping on a bed that someone has potentially let there dog on

Location and quiet.

Difficulty with the minisplit heat and air unit. Gas fireplace not functioning

Clean. Recently updated. Helpful staff. Right on the water.

Very clean, comfortable and nice room, just in the lake edge, pet friendly and good location, Perferct for me!!! I arrived very late and they had a security box with my room keys

I try to call for a late check in, and the phone number in the web site was not able.

Property is on beach front and you can enjoy limited sun set while on chairs outside.
