A couple of small silly issues. The rooms don't have an iron and & ironing board, you have to ado for one from the front desk, which only has the iron, no board. And in the guest agreement, for "security", you aren't allowed to have guests. This is Cancun.

Truly Enjoyed my time here - 5th Ave is right outside the door - lots to see & do. Anna at the desk was excellent - always happy to help. Slightly older hotel but well kept

Great little boutique hotel on la 5ta. Nice location and easy to walk around. Beware staying on 4th floor next to laundromat, noisy early in the day.
