We went as a family (2 adults and a teenager), we liked the hotel, location, price and their wonderful customer service. BUT beds were super uncomfortable, they need new mattresses!

loved this hotel! we got the suite with private balcony and jet tub.. it was so nice! the lobby was beautiful and the staff was super nice and accommodating. only thing I didnt care for, was the bed was not soft, but I sill got good sleep. the hotel is situated right on La Quinta Avenida, so there are alot of options for food and the area felt safe and all the people around are helpful if you need anything.

Loud music but it wasn’t a bother to us. On 5th street and everything was close by. Bed are hard!! We booked 6 rooms (big family) all agree the beds were horrible. Overall 4/5 due to location, staff and cleanliness Date stayed Nov 20, 2023- Nov 25, 2023

With the exception of parking it was great. Our car got booted for not paying the meter. The meters were not working and I could not get them to understand. It was 9 pm and could not contact anyone. Other than that it was a great stay
