La mezcladora de agua caliebte y fria en el baño ( sale caliente o fria) no la puedes poner tibia en lo demas excelente lugar muy recomendable en TODO.

Nice hotel for the price, very nice staff

I stayed in the suite 50, everything was great except for the shower, wasn't enough water pressure. It took excessive extra time to finish up.

The place was decent, got a pretty good price for it. The AC wasn’t that strong though, and I couldn’t leave my card in to run the AC while I left for the day. Biggest positive is that it’s right on the strip of 5th avenue.

The hotel was in the middle of 5th ave which is like Main street. You will have loud music until 2 am, but the windows drowned out most of it when they are closed. The rooms were cute, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. The only down side is that the electricity only works when your key is in the room, which is an awesome idea. However, when you leave food in the fridge and then go out for the day you will come back to rotten food bc the electricity goes off when you take the key with you haha. front desk was kind and helpful, there are no phones in the rooms, but we asked if they could come knock on our door if we weren't out at 4 am, they were kind enough to agree. The final walk through was easy they just check to make sure you didn't damage anything. Beds are old and firm but clean and smelled nice, they had lots of pillows too! The hotel gave us robes and towels for the shower. They also give you blue towels to take out of the hotel and use at the beach in case you forgot your own and don't want to spend $30 USD for 1 towel at the shops. there's no parking, but we were able to find close parking nightly even during the 1st week of August.

Excelente hotel , desayuno súper rico ,los empleados muy honestos, muy serviciales les cuento que me cancelaron mi vuelo y sin pensarlo dos veces opté por reservarlo otra vez La Playa es cerca muchas discotecas y tiendas malls y restaurantes la mejor opción para quedarse Bueno y económico en Playa del Carmen

perfect location, very quiet considering it is on 5th, very clean, super nice staff. Only complaint was the room was pretty dark and the bed was hard!
