this is a unique, quiet, quaint property in the middle of the action and next to coco bongo in Playa. We were quite surprised to find this place to spend the night. Location price= great place

Pros: Staff was friendly, helpful and speak English. AC worked well. Comfy beds. Large bathroom. Shampoo and soap included. Security Safe and closet included. Right on Quinta Avenida (5th Street) action. Close to beach. Price of hotel is very reasonable. Cons: Bed nightstand drawers need maintenance but rhis is a minor issue.

This Boutique Hotel is exactly like the photos, beautiful. It is located on Quinta Avenida with all the shops, food, and music. Very walkable, open the door and you are there.

Lots of plants creating a calm atmosphere, very clean, great water pressure in the shower. Very nice breakfast included, staff all very helpful.

They surprisingly offered free breakfast, which was pretty nice. I would say my main issue is that even though I was on a second floor, rear-of-the-hotel room I could easily hear all the commotion coming for outside. It's a noticeable problem.

Very comfortable stay.reception staff were very kind and friendly. I liked the water cooler in the reception. Bed was comfortable and I liked the room, the blue floor. Easy access to everything, we did a lot of walking.I liked the breakfast served at the restaurant next door.
