Posada Mariposa Boutique Hotel

Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. They would not even accept my luggage in their lobby or storage room, so I had to walk around with my luggage till I checked in at 3pm. I travelled with my bike and they would not let me take it to my room. I would never stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Location was great to everything. The staff was very helpful.

Place older, definitely for a younger crowd, music plays t8ll 230 am every day.

We rented 2 regular rooms and the suite. It was all family, adults and 2 to a room. The beds are hard as a rock. The breakfast is only toast, fruit, yogurt and your juice….everything else is extra. On Monday we checked out, are deposit was given back to us and we were waiting for our ride to pick us up. Check out was at noon, we waited for our transportation like 30min in the lobby. Right before we left they said in one of the rooms a decorative pillow was missing and charged us $50 dollars for it. Really!! Who is going to go on vacation and steal a small decorative pillow!!!! We asked them to check our luggage so they could see we did not have it and they didn’t care to they just wanted the $50, so if you ever stay there make sure you take pics of before and after so they don’t try to charge for things that you so called stole. We will never stay there again and make sure our friends and family DO NOT stay there either.

We absolutely love this hotel, and have stayed with them before. It is right on 5th avenue and is close to everything. The hotel is extremely charming and the staff are fantastic.

Gave me the wrong suite, then asked me to pack and move the next day which was an inconvenience after a long flight and drive from the airport. The entire building did not have a TV signal and they expect me to be OK with just an apology letter from the manager. When asked if the tv signal would be available next day they said NO for your entire stay, I was kinda upset but i went up to the room, the shower was clogged and I ended up taking quick shower the whole bathroom overflowed. Very disappointed. The front desk lady was very welcoming and of course the cleaning ladies too. The guy that made the mistake at check in needs more training and the night shift gentleman was ok but didn't like the comment of "the people dont come here to watch tv" Wth!!! He also needs more training in knowing the amenities listed in the hotel and dont reply to customers that way. 2nd trip to this hotel...I dont thing i could comeback here.

I liked the room color decor.. And free Netflix I did not like: no phone in room... Not much outside light...No pool ..No balcony I figure this should be advertised as just a place to sleep since there is nothing much otherwise... Quite a walk to the main beach .. Luckily I was good with some TV

It could have been a great stay, but the elevator was broken

The hotel was super nice you in the middle of all the music. Restaurant across the street la vagabunda was super goof

The staff is amazing here! Maria, Tomas, Oscar and many more are amazing and make this place special.
