The bathroom pipes were leaking, water was off, had to call the operator

It’s quiet, clean they have gated parking and it’s close to the main road

There was absolutely no hospitality and the host was very dishonest. I requested early check-in (12pm to 1pm) because my husband and I we attending a function. I was charged USD 128 (overpriced for the facility), but nevertheless, I had no issues paying. The host had reached out to us prior and informed us of the various payment options. I asked if someone will be at the facility to check us in, and he advised that it was self check-in. He also asked what would I need someone for. This I found to be subtle disrespect, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived we had issues with the code for the bedroom and he had gotten a male on the premises to assist, this was after the host thought we were doing something wrong. We then headed out into the town and came back after 5pm (we received a list of rules and applicable charges via whatsapp). When we came back to the apartment, we found that air conditioning was not working and there was only AC in the bedroom. We tried reaching the host incessantly, but there no response. Tried reaching other numbers on the sire but to no avail. Thus, we had to check into another facility. The host responded the next morning, when we had already left. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an air bnb and would not recommend this one!

VERY CLEAN COMFORTABLE! This is a residential property as is stated in the advertising. I love that it stays that way quite, clean VERY! clean! SAFETY! STRAIGHT FORWARD NOTHING HIDDEN!.. THANK YOU 😊
