La location un po' dileguata, nella parte più nascosta dell'isola. La spiaggia sotto la camera e piscina fuori dalla finestra. Il personale cortese, gentile e capace, sempre attento a ogni esigenza. E anche lo splendido cibo.

Super schöner Ort um Ruhe zu finden von dem Trubel der Insel. Ein kleines Paradies 20 min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Super freundliches Personal, wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs . Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn, super schön und extrem sauber, hab selten so gut geschlafen.

Nichts

Staff super gentile, educato, non invadente, preparato. Chef privato nella casa che prepara per colazione, pranzo e cena piatti deliziosi e succulenti. Casa molto bella, arredata finemente, con posizione ottima per guardare i tramonti. Un po’ isolata rispetto al caso del centro, ma con molteplici ristorantini raffinati nei paraggi. Spiaggia attrezzata con accesso privato e piscina con idromassaggio riservata ai clienti dell’hotel!

La nostra stanza era davvero piccola e non c’era spazio per tenere le valigie aperte, che dovevamo sistematicamente richiudere. Non c’era un balconcino o una zona all’aperto dove poter stendere i panni e i costumi bagnati. Moltissime zanzare!

Struttura bellissima! Sia la casa principale che la villa sono molto curate, con arredamenti e stile molto ricercati. La posizione è ottima, lontana dal caos del centro, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (circa 15-20 minuti passando dalla spiaggia) o con il taxi (5 minuti). Fronte mare con beach club e piscina. La stanza era davvero bella, grande e con balcone sul mare. Letto King size, comodissimo. Mettono a disposizione tutto il necessario, compresi i teli per il mare. Cucina ottima, abbiamo mangiato anche fuori ma vale la pena provare i piatti dello chef: davvero buoni. Non da ultimo LO STAFF: tutti gentili, sempre a disposizione e pronti a dare utili consigli. In particolare grazie a Julio: è stato prezioso. Sicuramente ci tornerei e lo consiglierei ad amici.

Tutto. La villa è stupenda (sia le camere sia gli spazi comuni). Questo posto è un paradiso. Alloggiato per 4 giorni ed è stato speciale. Il mare ha dei colori stupendi, le camere sono iper pulite e curate e voto 10 anche alla cucina (abbiamo provato tanti piatti ed erano tutti buonissimi). Super anche lo staff (complimenti speciali a Dani, Ely e Carmen). Super consigliato. Ti fanno sentire a casa.

Le personnel était très gentil et disponible. Ils ont tenté de toujours nous rendre service au mieux. L’emplacement avec la plage privée est paradisiaque. Grand lit confortable. Très bonne nourriture et bons cocktails ! (Petit déjeuner incroyable)

Manque crucial d’informations : on nous propose un service de fast boat pour notre départ, et on nous annonce seulement au dernier moment, à 23h, qu’on doit payer en cash (ATM le plus proche de l’hôtel à 40min de marche….). Pommeau de douche très abîmé, pas d’eau froide (nous nous sommes presque brûlé en prenant notre douche) et très peu de débit. Pas de rideaux occultants donc réveillés par le soleil très tôt. Pas de lampes de chevets. Personne ne nous a prévenu que la cuisine fermait à 21h, nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dès notre premier soir à 21h20 sans rien pouvoir manger de la soirée. Hôtel loin du centre, si vous voulez vous y rendre sans marcher 50min il faut encore payer un taxi ou un vélo, ils ne proposent aucun service de navette, malgré le très haut prix payé. Vraiment très dommage d’avoir autant de détails négatifs pour le prix qu’on paye.

Las tres cosas excelentes, las vistas son espectaculares, la piscina, pequeña pero muy abradable y las cenas son riquísimas preparadas por los chefs.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were refused access to basic amenities due to a group coming after us and were told by one staff we could use the fridge, when we did another staff member yelled at us and told us we couldn’t use it. Also, the staff was making noise the whole time were there with construction feet away from our room and pool disrupting what would have been our day enjoying the property. The hotel sold us a fraudulent whale shark tour: it was not what was advertised. When we brought this up, the staff refused to offer a refund or take responsibility. The staff overall was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the owner was completely unavailable and unwilling to resolve the issue.
