Casa Punta Coco & Beach Club

Beautiful small resort, directly on the beach. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast only includes some fruit and a few pastries, which might not be enough for some. You can pay for a bigger breakfast. Unfortunately the location is quite far from town - we honestly don’t mind walking, however due to the state of the streets on the island, it turns out a lot longer than what Google maps says. Next time I would pick something closer to the centre. They forgot to leave out our breakfast on the last day, after promising they would put it in a container for us to take as we were leaving quite early. So we ended up having to buy something. As someone that works in pricing/revenue management, I don’t think the cost of the accommodation matches the location and what’s included

We felt like well-treated houseguests in a luxury home. The staff were incredibly professional , sincere and efficient. The owner, Bea, was lovely in greeting us and speaking with us. The food was some of the best we had on the island. Shrimp tacos and delicious cocktails on the beach. Heavenly. The room we had was cic and comfortable and hte beach is practically private to the hotel-we really felt like we were on our own tropical paradise there (with a few other nice houseguests.) Lovely place.

Not sure as we liked pretty much everything. It is hard to find something that we did not like. So I am not going to say we did not like something just to put something in this box!

Das Frühstück könnte ausgiebiger sein. Es gab nur Früchte & 2 kleine Süssgebäcke. Extras wie Eierspeisen etc. musste noch separat bezahlt werden.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux ! Il a clairement surpassé nos attentes qui étaient déjà élevées. Notre chambre à l'étage avec le balcon était incroyable pour sa vue, son immense douche, son grand dressing, la qualité du lit et sa superficie. (Mention spéciale pour la famille de ratons laveur venue nous embêter pendant une nuit) Les plats du restaurant et les cocktails sont délicieux, si vous venez prenez les quesadillas au homard qui sont à tomber. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec le chef en cuisine que l'on voit tout préparer. Le personnel est adorable, bref, c'était un sans faute, foncez-y !

Les seuls bémols si nous devions en trouver sont le bruit des travaux avoisinants car il y a beaucoup de bâtiments en construction à Holbox et l'eau qui n'est pas transparente comme on peut s'y attendre.

The beach location of Case Punta Coco is probably one of the best of the island. The staff were so helpful in helping to organise transport and suggestion activities that can be done on the island. The houses are so beautifully designed and the sea views were such a pleasure to wake up to each morning. All rooms the beach area and the pool were kept and cleaned to a very high standard. The best thing about the place is the food, the chefs are just amazing. Although the staff sent us suggestions of other places to go for dinner, we didn't want to go anywhere else the food was so good!!

There were items that were included for breakfast such as coffee, fruit and pastries although we did end up getting charged for additional serving on check out. It needed to be more clearly stated what the allowance was for the the included items and what was extra. It's already an expensive place to stay so the additionals soon add up.
