Nightcap at Burnie Townhouse

Upgrades to the rooms (and TV) are mostly good.

Lighting is restricted to what's fixed. Light bulb missing from one bedside lamp. No information about room service (I had to go to the check-in desk to learn that it was offered and how to order it). A lot of good effort to make floors/rooms look clean... which is let down significantly by a lift that doesn't appear to have been wiped down/cleaned in years.

Hallways smelt bad corridors to rooms absolutely smelt bad

Clean and big room. Friendly staff.

I had a noisy neighbour above me late at night and called reception. They fixed it within 15 minutes - great service!

Location fabulous staff food and cleanliness was A+++++ Just lovely😃

Only one thing the exhausted fan in the bathroom didn’t work

No breakfast available. Only evening meals.

The bar staff were just beautiful, very friendly and professional.

Nothing to complain about, everything was really good.
